WIGGLE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promotion is only open to UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

1. A valid email and address is required to enter.

2. To find out instant whether you are a winner, enter the unique code from the inside of a promotional pack 'sticker booklet at www.FGSWiggle.com by midnight 31st March 2011.

2b. Northern Ireland residents only can alternatively enter without purchase. For 'no purchase necessary option', send your name & address and email address on a postcard to Wiggle Promo, My Goodness Ltd, Unit 4, 5 Bendon Valley, Earlsfield, SW18 4LZ. You will then be sent a random unique code by email or post. Only one entry per postcard, per household. We cannot accept third-party, non-NI or syndicated entries via the no purchase necessary route.

3. All codes have a fair and random chance of winning a prize.

4. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

5. Entrants will be informed immediately via the web page and a confirmation email whether they have won or not.

6. Entrants must retain their winning entry code as it may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to validate that they have won.

7. The prize:

a. A Verenti Millook Road Racing Bike. A choice of size will be offered.

b. A £5 OFF voucher valid on purchases over £35 at www.wiggle.co.uk
(voucher valid until 30-4-2011). One code per order.

8. Delivery of the bike prize is subject to availability and will be dependent on final specification of the winner's size. Delivery of the £5 voucher will be instant via the promotional website.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.

10. The prizes will be delivered within 28 days of winners being notified.

11. The winners' names & counties may be obtained by writing to My Goodness Ltd. Unit 4, 5 Bendon Valley, Earlsfield, SW18 4LZ.

12. By entering winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter.

13. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

15. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering (or to have tampered) with the operation of the promotion or the Promoter’s website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

16. The maximum number of prizes available for the promotion is 100 Wiggle Verenti road bikes, and 1,000,000 £5 vouchers valid on a spend over £35 at Wiggle.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above these numbers.

17. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:

(a) any action an entrant may take as a result of relying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action; or

(b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of (i) an entrant's use of the website, or (ii) a breach of these terms and conditions; or

(c) an entrant's inability to access the website and/or to submit an entry because of an event outside the Promoter's control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant's or the Promoter's ISP or the Internet.

However, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect any liability the Promoter may have for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter's negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

18. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.
